We begin planning by imagining we are in a dark, empty space because everything we place in that space will have an impact - the scent of the flowers, movement of draping fabric, translucent lighting, positioning of food and beverage stations etc. Our production designers consider everything that is to be part of your event location and how we can transform it into a functional yet unique environment.

The ability to enlighten and create memorable events is not only about great concepts but making those concepts a reality through technical expertise. Booking of entertainers is only one component of entertainment. We also create stage scheduling, check riders, oversee dress rehearsals and have a wealth of experience in stage management.

Working in such fine establishments as the Four Seasons and Morton's for Steaks, he recently opened the critically acclaimed G. Garvin's Restaurant.

G. Garvin's Restaurant features cuisine that reflects the lifestyle of the culturally diverse, city of Los Angeles. His special event menus are customized to the palates of our clients. Menus can be developed to accommodate elegant sit down dinners, festive buffets, tray-passed cocktails or dessert parties from 20 to 2000 persons or more!

Post event we ensure that there is a review process and provide the client with any pertinent documentation including financial reports. We will also assist with any post event tasks from thank you letters to guest gifts.
