begin planning by imagining we are in a dark, empty space because

menus are customized to the palates of our clients. Menus can be
developed to accommodate elegant sit down dinners, festive buffets,
tray-passed cocktails or dessert parties from 20 to 2000 persons or
more!

Post
event we ensure that there is a review process and provide the client
with any pertinent documentation including financial reports. We
will also assist with any post event tasks from thank you letters to
guest gifts.
